Bonus Terms and Scope
This Bonus Policy forms an integral part of the Rp99 Terms and Conditions and governs all bonuses, free spins and promotional offers delivered by Rp99. It applies to all players accessing the Rp99 platform unless a specific offer states otherwise. In the event of inconsistency, the General Terms prevail unless the Bonus Policy expressly overrides them for an offer.
Eligibility and Account Requirements
- Bonuses are available only to fully verified Rp99 accounts and to individuals who comply with applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the account is registered.
- Promotions are allocated per player, per household, per IP address and per payment method. Rp99 may block or suspend bonuses for any account that breaches these limitations or that Rp99 reasonably suspects is operated by more than one person or device.
- A single Rp99 account is permitted per legal entity or household. Rp99 reserves the right to merge, suspend or close accounts suspected of multi account activity or bonus abuse.
Bonus Allocation and Activation
When you have an active bonus, Rp99 applies the Bonus Balance after your Real Balance has been wagered. Any winnings derived from bets funded by the Bonus Balance are added to the Bonus Balance, unless wagering requirements are fully met and the bonus is cashable. If a bet contains both Real and Bonus funds, all resulting winnings are allocated to the Bonus Balance.
Withdrawals and Conversion to Real Balance
Withdrawal requests while a bonus is active may be restricted. If you withdraw before meeting all wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited. Winnings from deposits remain eligible for withdrawal after the related deposit has been wagered to meet applicable requirements. Upon full settlement of wagering requirements, any remaining cashable portion of the bonus balance may be converted to Real Balance in accordance with Rp99 policies.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to deposit based bonuses and to bonus funds as described below. Unless a promotion states otherwise, the wagering requirement is calculated as follows:
- Deposit bonuses: 30 times the combined total of the deposit amount and the bonus amount. Example: a 10 deposit with a 10 bonus requires 30 x 20 = 600 in wagering.
- No deposit or non deposit bonuses: 60 times the bonus amount only.
During wagering, the maximum bet per spin or round is capped at 10 of the original or credited bonus amount, with a practical minimum of 0.10 per stake. Where applicable, a currency specific minimum applies.
Game Weighting and Contributions
Wagering contributions vary by game category. The standard rule is that most games contribute to wagering, while certain game types either do not contribute or contribute at reduced rates. Rp99 may list game exclusions or weightings on the game information card. In general terms:
- Standard wagering applies to most games.
- Some games contribute partially; e.g., non slot games may count at a reduced rate and specific activities such as Crash games may count at partial rates specified by Rp99.
- All Jackpot games, Video Poker, Roulette, and certain other high risk or table games are commonly excluded from contributing to wagering requirements.
- If multiple bonuses are active, wagering contributions are applied to the bonus with the largest amount first, and real money is wagered before bonus funds are used unless stated otherwise.
Bonus Expiry and Renewal
Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the offer, typically seven days from credit, unless the promotion states a different period. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus funds and related winnings are void. An active bonus balance may be automatically cancelled when the balance reaches minimal thresholds defined by Rp99 for the applicable bonus type.
Cancellation, Forfeiture and Irregular Play
Rp99 reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion or bonus at any time. If irregular play is detected, Rp99 may revoke bonus eligibility, void winnings, suspend or close accounts. Irregular play includes, but is not limited to, collusion, multi-accounting, exploiting bonus structures, and employing strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
Promotions and Changes
Rp99 may modify the bonus structure, terms or eligibility criteria at any time. Any changes will apply to future promotions; awards already redeemed are not generally affected unless Rp99 determines otherwise in accordance with this policy.
Geographic and Regulatory Compliance
Bonuses are not available where prohibited by law or where Rp99 has restricted participation. Eligibility for specific offers may depend on the player's country of residence, verified status and compliance with local gaming regulations. Rp99 may require additional documentation to verify identity and residence prior to crediting any bonus or offer.
Privacy, Communications and Opt-Out
Rp99 may send promotional communications about bonuses and offers to registered players in accordance with its privacy policy. Players may opt out of promotional communications by contacting Rp99 support or adjusting account preferences where available.
