General rules and account eligibility
These Rp99 sports betting rules govern all bets placed on supported sports and markets. By placing a bet, you acknowledge acceptance of these rules and the Rp99 Terms and Conditions. The minimum and maximum stake for any bet varies by sport, league, and market; the precise values are shown in the stake entry field at the moment you place the bet. Rp99 reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet at its sole discretion and may offer an alternative price or stake in appropriate circumstances.
- Bets must be placed online. Bets sent by email, telephone, or other non-electronic means will be void.
- All settlements are calculated using decimal odds, regardless of the odds format displayed to the customer.
- Rp99 may correct obvious input or quotation errors. In such cases, we may apply revised odds or declare the bet void as appropriate for final settlement.
- Accounts must hold sufficient funds to cover a bet at the time of placement. If funds are insufficient, Rp99 reserves the right to cancel or void the bet, including retroactive cancellations if a payment method is subsequently reversed.
- Any bets placed in breach of applicable law or involving prohibited activity may be voided.
- Anti-money laundering, know-your-customer (KYC) and other regulatory controls apply. Rp99 may request verification documents and suspend or close accounts as required by applicable law.
- Winnings are credited to the bettor’s Rp99 account following confirmation of the final result by the official competition authorities or governing body. Rp99 may delay settlement pending official confirmation where required by law or regulation.
Bets, settlement and wager types
Rp99 supports several bet types. All bets are settled according to the terms below and the sport-specific rules that apply to the market selected. In the event of inconsistency, sport-specific rules take precedence over general rules.
- Single (simple) bets: A bet on a single event with settlement based on the final outcome as determined by official results.
- Combination (accumulator) bets: A wager comprising multiple selections. All selections must win for the bet to pay. The total potential return equals the stake multiplied by the combined odds of all selections.
- System bets: A bet that allows multiple combinations from a set of selections. A system bet may win even if not all selections are successful; however, a failed banker leg may affect the overall outcome as defined by the system.
- Banker bets: A component of a system bet designated as a banker. If the banker leg fails, the system may fail or reduce payout in accordance with the system rules.
- Jackpot bets: Fixed-structure bets placed on predetermined events or fixtures, settled according to the specific fixture rules and official results.
- Dead heat rules: If a dead heat occurs in an outright market or other specified markets, settlement is adjusted by a proportional factor based on the number of tied winners.
Live betting, price changes and volatility
In-play markets are subject to live updates. Rp99 may suspend, suspend and reopen, or close markets at any time. If a price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault or transmission error, Rp99 may void or revise affected bets and settle them on corrected prices. Bets placed after an outcome is known or after a participant has gained a decisive material advantage may be void.
- Discounting or cancellation of live bets may occur if the event is nullified, postponed beyond a defined window, or not completed within the applicable time frame.
- Promotions or odds boosts may have separate rules. Boosted odds bets cannot be combined with other Boosted Odds bets or with other sports bets, and cashout may be restricted or unavailable on Boosted Odds.
Market rules: postponements, voids and replays
General market settlements follow a consistent approach to postponements, abandonments and incomplete events, with sport-specific adjustments as stated below. Where not specified, the following applies:
- If a match is postponed or abandoned and completed within 48 hours of the original start time, open bets are settled on the final official result. If not completed within 24 hours, unsettled bets are void unless otherwise stated in the sport rules.
- Markets that include overtime or extra periods are settled according to the rules of the market unless otherwise stated. Where stated, overtime may be included or excluded.
- Wrong or inconsistent match times, venues, or team designations may lead to voiding of affected bets if the integrity of the market is in question.
- In cases where the official result is not verifiable, Rp99 may delay settlement and use available official statistics for final determination. If the result cannot be verified at all, bets may be voided.
Sport-specific rules (highlights)
Sport-specific rules apply in addition to the general framework. Where a sport rule conflicts with the general rules, the sport rule takes precedence. Note that some sports include additional outcomes such as overtime conclusions, injury time, or disciplinary events that affect settlement.
- Soccer (football): Markets are based on the end of regular time unless stated otherwise. Extra time and penalties are typically not included unless the market specifies otherwise. VAR decisions may affect settlement where official results are updated accordingly. First goalscorer, anytime goalscorer and related markets exclude own goals unless stated otherwise. Abandonments and venue changes are governed by the general rules and any sport-specific amendments.
- American football: Markets may include outcomes such as overtime and quarter/half-specific bets. Specific markets (e.g., Xth drive) consider only defined plays. If a game is abandoned or postponed and not resumed within the specified period, unsettled bets may be voided according to the sport rule.
- Baseball: Markets may reference innings completed. The match must reach the full number of scheduled innings for certain pre-match markets; extra innings may be required for others. Official results govern settlement, with exceptions as defined in the sport rules.
- Horse racing: Bet types include standard and special concessions. First Past the Post and official results may be used to determine outcomes. Where Dual Result concessions apply, payouts extend to the official result after weigh-in or steward inquiries, if applicable. In-weight and non-runner adjustments are governed by the concession terms published for the race.
- Player markets: All listed participants who participate in the event are runners; if a chosen participant does not participate, the bet may be voided. Overtime is generally considered in player markets where applicable; penalties in shootouts may be excluded unless stated.
Integrity, disputes and responsible gambling
Rp99 will act to protect the integrity of events and may void bets or withhold settlement where there is evidence of match manipulation, anti-competitive activity, market abuse or other improper conduct. In the event of a discrepancy or dispute, Rp99 will provide the official settlement basis and a final decision. Rp99 supports responsible gambling and provides customer tools to manage play, including self-exclusion, deposit limits and time-out options as required by law and internal policy.
