Self-exclusion at Rp99

Rp99 provides a self-exclusion mechanism to pause access to your account and to stop promotional communications for a defined period. Self-exclusion is an official measure to support responsible gambling and is not a substitute for personal discipline or self-regulation.

When to consider self-exclusion

Consider self-exclusion if you recognise that gambling is taking a greater share of your time or finances than intended, or you want to take a defined break from all Rp99 products. The option is voluntary and designed to help you manage your play within regulatory requirements.

How to set self-exclusion

  1. Sign in to your Rp99 account.
  2. Open Profile or Account settings and select Self-Exclusion.
  3. Choose a period for which you wish to be excluded from all Rp99 services and communications. The exclusion period cannot be shortened or removed before it ends.
  4. Confirm your selection. You will be unable to access your Rp99 account for the full duration of the selected period, and promotional communications will be blocked.
  5. If you have any withdrawal requests that are not yet processed, resolve them before the exclusion starts; after exclusion begins, new withdrawal requests will be suspended until you regain access.

What happens during self-exclusion

  • Account access is blocked for the entire exclusion period. You will not be able to log in to Rp99 during this time.
  • Promotions and marketing communications from Rp99 are blocked for the duration of the exclusion.
  • You may not shorten or remove the exclusion period, or attempt to bypass the measures before expiry.
  • Rp99 does not guarantee that attempts to circumvent the measures will be detected or prevented; you are responsible for avoiding any such attempts.

Extensions and modifying the exclusion

You may request to extend the exclusion for additional periods. To request an extension, contact Rp99 Customer Support. The extension will apply from the end date of the current exclusion period and requires confirmation. Each extension is treated as a separate period and will be bounded by its own defined end date. The initial exclusion period cannot be altered after it has begun without a new extension request.

Reinstatement and returning to play

When the exclusion period expires, access to Rp99 services is restored. If you need a longer break, initiate a new self-exclusion before the current period ends rather than attempting to reactivate early.

Rp99 maintains self-exclusion records in accordance with applicable data protection and regulatory requirements. The process is subject to verification under our KYC policies and AML controls. Self-exclusion is a voluntary measure and does not imply any liability on Rp99 beyond enforcing the agreed exclusion terms.
