Scope and Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of Rp99 Services (the "Services”). By opening an Rp99 Account and using the Services, you enter into a binding agreement with Rp99 (the operator). If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the Services and close any existing Account.

Definitions

• Account A unique profile created by you to access the Services.
• Account Holder The natural person who holds the Account.
• Promotions Any bonus, free bet, or promotional offer offered by Rp99, subject to separate terms applicable to each Promotion.
• Duplicate Account A second or additional Account registered by the same individual, family, household, IP address, device, or other shared environment.
• KYC/AML Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering processes implemented to verify identity and monitor transactions.
• Services All gaming, betting, and related activities provided by Rp99 through the Website or mobile apps.
• Governing Law The law of the jurisdiction in which Rp99 is licensed or otherwise regulated, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Changes to Terms

Rp99 may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or business requirements. Significant changes will be communicated by Rp99 in a manner it deems appropriate, including via the Website or via email. Continued use of the Services after a change notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change is unacceptable, you may cease using the Services and close your Account.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to and use of the Services is restricted to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• The use of the Services is legal in your jurisdiction and you are not prohibited from gambling or online gaming.
• You will provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

Rp99 reserves the right to refuse registration or restrict access to any person or territory in its sole discretion. If you fail to meet these requirements, Rp99 may suspend or terminate your Account and withhold or reclaim funds as permitted by law and these Terms.

Account Security and Verification

When opening an Account, you must provide Personal Details and may be required to furnish documents to verify identity, age, and address. Rp99 may request documents at any time and suspend or close an Account pending verification. You authorize Rp99 to perform checks with third parties and regulatory bodies for AML and identity verification. You shall cooperate and provide additional information as requested. If verification cannot be completed or information proves inaccurate, Rp99 may suspend or close the Account and void related transactions.

Duplicate Accounts and Account Integrity

Each person may hold only one active Rp99 Account. Duplicate Accounts may be closed at Rp99's discretion. If a Duplicate Account is closed:

• All winnings and bonuses from the Duplicate Account may be voided.
• Rp99 may void deposits and recover funds from other accounts, as permitted by law and these Terms.
• Rp99 may treat the Duplicate Account as valid in which case losses and stakes placed via that account may be retained by Rp99.

Rp99 may also close or restrict any Account if it suspects collusion, cheating, fraud, or other unauthorized activities.

Funding the Account: Deposits and Withdrawals

Accounts may be funded through approved payment methods. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to AML verification and may be restricted or delayed pending completion of checks. Funds held in Rp99 accounts are separate from Rp99 assets and are not interest-bearing. Rp99 reserves the right to set off any positive balance against any amount owed by the Account Holder to Rp99, including in relation to Duplicate Accounts.

Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions are governed by their own terms, which Rp99 will publish within the Promotions section. In general:

• Promotions are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and eligibility criteria as stated in the Promotion terms.
• During an active casino bonus, the maximum bet on a single spin or wager may be capped (for example, not to exceed a specified amount or a percentage of the bonus).
• Only one Promotion per person, household, IP address, device, or payment account may be active at a given time unless otherwise stated.
• Promotions may be withdrawn or modified by Rp99 at any time without prior notice in accordance with these Terms.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Rp99 promotes responsible gaming. You may set deposit limits, time-out, or self-exclude via the Account settings. Rp99 may close or suspend an Account if it believes your gambling may cause financial or personal harm. Use of the Website and Availability; Limitation of Liability

Rp99 aims to provide reliable access to the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security, or regulatory requirements. Rp99 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Website content and excludes liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the Services, including technical faults, connectivity issues, or incorrect information appearing on the Website. In the event of an error leading to a wagering or payout, Rp99 may correct or cancel transactions as required by applicable rules and software.

Privacy, Data Protection, and AML/KYC

Rp99 collects and processes personal data to operate the Services, manage Accounts, and comply with AML/KYC obligations. Your data may be processed for regulatory, security, and business purposes. The Privacy Policy governs data handling, retention, and your rights relating to personal data. You shall provide information requested by Rp99 to complete verification and anti-money laundering checks, including identity documents and proof of address. Failure to provide required information may restrict access or result in suspension or closure of the Account.

Currency, Fees, and Taxation

Transactions may be conducted in currencies supported by Rp99. You are responsible for any taxes or fees arising from winnings, deposits, or withdrawals according to the laws of your jurisdiction.

Changes to Policies; Notices

Rp99 may update policies related to the Services, including privacy, AML, and promotional terms. Notices may be provided by email or via the Website. Your continued use of the Services after such notices constitutes consent to the updated terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and the relationship between you and Rp99 are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rp99 is licensed or otherwise regulated. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law, and Rp99 reserves the right to seek appropriate remedies in competent courts or through agreed dispute resolution mechanisms where permissible.

Entire Agreement; Severability; Waiver

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rp99 regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Failure by Rp99 to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
